Str8 8 Retainer Program

Program includes 8 retainers (4 upper and 4 lower) This program normally costs $1,500.

Must come into local office to receive treatment. Choose preferred office location and a team member from Dr. Jacquie Smiles will reach out to schedule your consultation. 

Treatment must be paid in full to receive special pricing. Promotions cannot be combined with any other whitening, whitening pen or retainer offer. Sales tax not included.

Treatment can be scheduled no later than 1/31/23.
